Challenge & Activity

The brief was threefold.

  • How can we generate qualified leads and opportunities during a pandemic?
  • Can Alchemis deliver positive interactions where other agencies had struggled?
  • Can we deliver a new proposition to a defined target market?

In conjunction with the client, we developed a proposition and story around their proprietary tool and the relationship they had developed with a leading university regarding behavioural science. Focusing on one key insight tool, we built refined target lists, primarily focused on FMCG, from which we identified the key challenger companies and brands within each category.

The approach was primarily via phone, combined with highly targeted and personalised emails

Following the success within FMCG we are now supporting KHWS’ drive into new sectors, leveraging their insight processes and expertise to  develop new opportunities across different markets.
