Challenge & Activity

We were originally briefed to deliver large-scale opportunities at FTSE 250 businesses with a bias towards finance and technology.

Whilst the agency also delivered film and content production services, Alchemis’ remit was on the event proposition. We know this can be a very competitive space, but the client had strong credentials and a proven track record which we were able to leverage.

We worked with the agency in two stages: Initially for an 18 month period, before a pause was required due to a personnel change; following this, we were reappointed at the outset of Covid as the agency already had a virtual events platform which put them in a strong position from the outset of the pandemic.

We built a solid target list, then with approaches by phone, email and utilising LinkedIn, we delivered some great opportunities with some high-profile brands and companies.

The relationship and communication between us and our client was a key part of the campaign’s success.
