Meet the team
Meet some of our New Business Managers
Carolina
Following my BSc degree in Consumer Marketing, I’d worked in new business development for a New Business Agency, and also in-house for a Design Marketing Agency.
I joined Alchemis in 2007 and the work has been consistently challenging and exciting. It’s a fun environment as well and we have a great laugh. I have never worked in a company where the directors look after you in and out of work. They show confidence and respect for your expertise and push you to succeed. It’s the best move I have ever made.

When I joined Alchemis as a New Business Consultant in 2006, the first thing that struck me about the role was the fact that I was going to get an established title within sales: New Business Consultant versus Telemarketer sounded rather appealing!
After a few months under my belt, I soon realised that the title lived up to its name and the role of New Business Consultant was no ordinary sales position. Working at Alchemis requires a number of skills, so although we pride ourselves in achieving outstanding sales results, we also recognise that client management and the way we relate to our clients is essential.
Alchemis has been a challenging and rewarding experience for me and has always kept me on my toes.
Dan
Prior to joining Alchemis in 2007, I’d worked for 8 years in a sales environment; with roles ranging from travel sales to sales recruitment.
Alchemis offers me a sales environment which constantly challenges my ability, whilst ensuring I have fantastic support from the managers. And the diversity of my role is a far cry from my previous employment, ensuring each day is never the same as the last!
In short, it’s a great team, a great company and a highly rewarding sales role.

When I moved to Alchemis I was looking for an organisation that would offer me a good environment to hone the skills that I’d already acquired in sales recruitment. And one that had the right ethos: work hard and be challenged whilst having fun. I am money motivated, so of course the ability to earn was also really key.
I’ve now been here since 2005 and it’s been a constant learning curve and challenge. I run my own desk with six clients and have very little input from the management team who have imparted their knowledge and mentored me throughout. I feel really valued and know that if I have any issues, I can go straight to the Directors who are always happy to take the time to talk things through. When I leave Alchemis I know I will be taking a wealth of experience, marketing discipline knowledge and fantastic memories with me. My bank balance is also looking pretty good too!
