Agency with designs on the capital

We were contacted by a Scottish based digital marketing agency who had enjoyed steady growth since their set up in 2002 but who were now looking to take their business to the next level. Working with Alchemis, they won two new major clients in the first twelve months and realised their ambition of setting up a London office.

Branding success story

We have been working with this Midlands based branding and design agency since January 2008 and they have already secured 6 new clients. We have transformed their business and they believe this is the best commercial decision they have made in their 18 year history.

Integrated agency develops new markets

A well-established integrated agency came to us concerned that they had become over reliant on one large account (75% of their annual billings). We worked with them on developing their offer and identified new markets to target. Within a year they had won £500,000 of new business with a 3 new accounts, thus reducing their over-reliance.

Good PR

Since 1999 a London-based consumer PR agency has been working with Alchemis, regularly winning 4-5 new clients every year. They have achieved their business objectives of steady year on year growth and are well recognised in their core markets.

Making a sales pitch

Getting in front of the right people is one thing but winning the business is another; which is why we offered sales and presentation skills coaching to a marketing consultancy based on the South coast as they were consistently losing out to competitors. The result was three pieces of new business won within seven months.

Coming back for more

This research agency based in Leeds has a 10 year relationship with Alchemis, regularly returning to us to supplement their in-house activity targeting FMCGs.
